Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Botanix Lawn and Garden Care. By booking with us or using our website you agree to the following.

1. Payment
All invoices must be paid on the day of service. Late or unpaid invoices may stop future bookings until the account is settled.

2. Liability and Insurance
We hold current public liability insurance. We are only liable for damage that is directly caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or damage caused by weather or conditions outside our control.

3. Weather and Scheduling
Bookings may change due to weather or unsafe conditions. We will notify you as early as possible if we need to move your booking.

4. Regular Scheduled Maintenance
If you are on a regular maintenance plan, we may deny requests to move your booking. Our schedule is tightly planned and moving one job can cause a chain effect on other clients and future bookings.

5. Access to Property
You must ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on the day of service. If we cannot access the property a call-out fee may apply.

6. Pricing
All pricing is based on the condition and size of the property. Prices may change if the job requires extra time or work outside the original quote.

7. Safety
We may refuse work if conditions are unsafe, blocked, hazardous, or if debris or objects make the job unsafe to complete.

8. Photos and Records
We may take before and after photos for quality control, proof of work, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

Complaints

Complaints
If you have a complaint about our work please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will review the issue and aim to fix the problem as soon as possible. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be accepted because lawn and garden conditions can change quickly. We may request photos or a site visit to assess the problem. All complaints will be handled fairly and in line with our service standards.
